Amarone della Valpolicella Classico "Pegrandi" DOCG 2013
After the harvest the grapes are dried on bamboo-roasts for four months. The fermentation is made with a part of the stems. Ages for 2 years in traditional oak barrels.
Spices and pickled fruits in the nose. Intense on the palate, with good structure, a typical denseness and a long finish. A traditional and very typic Amarone for a reasonable price!
Stewed meat, game, aged cheeses.
