Fermentation in steel tanks. Ages for two years in Slawonian oak barrels and one year in the bottle.
100 % Nebbiolo, which is called Spanna in the Gattinara region. Dried fruits, spices and some wood in the complex nose. Rich of tannins and powerful on the palate. We recommend to open the bottle in advance or to decant the wine.
Game, red meat, salty cheeses like young Pecorino or Asagio.
