Rosso Cilento "Dellemore" DOP 2016
Barbera (which was very common back in the days in Campania), Aglianico and Piedirosso at about the same percentages. Maceration for eight days in steel tanks and ageing for 6 months on the yeast in steel tanks.
Very pleasing assemblage with flavours of fresh red fruits and orange blossoms. On the palate well balanced and highly enjoyable.
