100% Nebbiolo from the three vineyards by Cascina Ballarin (‘Tre Ciabot’ means ‘three cabins’). After the fermentation which lasts for 8 days, the wine ages partly in french BArriques partly in big barrels of Slawonian oak.
Ruby red colour. Rich bouquet of red fruits. Pliable Barolo that can be enjoyed young or aged for up to ten years.
