The grapes are fermented separately for a long period of up to 40 days. After 5 months in Inox it ages for 18 months in 500l oak barrels and for another 6 months in the bottle.
Intense nose of strawberries, red currant, black currant, licorice, lavender…Full bodied and powerful, very long lasting finish.
