“Libatio” Toscana Sangiovese IGT 2007
The vinification is made in open barrels and the wine ages for two years in french barriques.
Deep and strong colour. The nose is strong with Mediterranean herbs like Rosmary. On the palate it is as well strong and fullbodied with nicely riped tannins. A pure Sangiovese that can compete any wine with a more expensive name.
Tangy pasta or red meat dishes like beef, lamb or game.
