Rosso Conero “Traiano” DOC 2008
The harvest is made in three turns (Triage) with a selection of the grapes. Long fermentation with battonage, malolactic fermentation and 18 months ageing in used and new Barriques.
Red fruits, cherries, coffee, tobacco. Pleasant and harmonic with ripe tannins and a long finish.
